My neighbor and I purchased a whole ribeye together. It’s pretty awesome. We told the butcher how we wanted it cut and everything… and it came out to be about $3 per steak, which is awesome.
So, I grilled a couple of them the other night. Toby and I had our fill, and I threw the leftovers in the fridge. Today, I decided I didn’t want lunchmeat again come noontime, so I threw a couple slices of bread in a ziplock with a piece of meat sized appropriately for a nice steak sandwich.
But you can’t microwave steak. And I can’t eat steak cold. I don’t have a broiler or a grill at the office. What to do, what to do…
